Your annual election period (or open enrollment) begins on November 15th and ends on December 31st with a plan change effective date of January 1, 2010. You will be notified of 2010 plan options by the end of October each calendar year and you will have the opportunity to attend open enrollment meetings in Groton normally scheduled throughout November and December.
